Returns and Refunds
It would be terrible to have one of our products locked in a drawer forever because of a wrong purchase; therefore, we accept returns and exchanges.
The deadline for the request must be made within 10 working days of receipt of the product and must be requested by e-mail indicating the order number, reasons for the request and the shipping code
- Shipping costs are not refunded.
- Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
- In case of an exchange, we will cover the shipping cost of the new item.
- No refunds allowed for items ON SALE.
Defectives
Our commitment is to provide high quality products that can last for a long time; if within the first 10 working days of receipt, you notice any manufacturing defect, report it to us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement at our expense.
We are not responsible for any defects caused by failure to comply with the washing instructions and normal product care operations.

Shipping Times
We guarantee the shipment in the next 3 days after the order confirmation. After this term, the customer is allow to ask for a full refund.
