Our Vision and Identity

This is what we do: we design and sell unisex garments. All our products will have an adaptive fitting, suitable for different body shapes.
This is the first thing to know to understand our identity: we refuse the idea that it's mandatory to have just clothes for men and clothes for women. The design of the collection comes from a genderless mindset because we want to pass the traditional gender-normative fashion to offer something different (and amazing).
Design and sell unisex clothing will give us the opportunity to get in touch with a large, heterogeneous, and colorful community; being as inclusive as possible.
We worked on designs that are comfortable and suitable for different body shapes. This is not haute couture: we believe that if you buy something then you have to be able to wear it in many different situations.

To be Fair, in the fashion industry, is probably the biggest challenge.

Well, it depends how high you set the standards... To us, the bar must be raised as tall as possible.
We want to be fair in 2 ways:
First, we want to be as transparent as possible. We'll share all the information we have about our products, our partners, our supply chain. We'll never cheat, and this may be a problem; because it's quite expensive to be as honest as we want to be... It's easier to accept compromises as a mindset. We don't want to act like this.

Second, when we'll accept a compromise, we'll inform our customers and our community. If we'll not be able to offer you the highest standard, we'll explain our decision. But we don't like to compromise, so in our journey, we'll try to improve every day. We are working to have a pretty decent starting point, the goal is to be on the top and to become the benchmark: give us time, we're fully committed.

"Ethical" is probably the most misused adjective in the world... Especially in the fashion industry.
Fashion Brands have not been very "ethical" in the recent past: to allow customers to fill their lives with tons of completely unnecessary stuff, they kept exploiting workers and natural resources.
Then, the Fashion Industry, to rebuild its reputation, started an intense process of greenwashing: the brands paid for nice partnerships and started using new nouns and adjectives. They didn't change anything in their supply chain or in their policies and they continue promoting the shopping addiction of the customers.
Can Dilexit Omnes change the world? NO.
But we have to be better than the status quo. We have to work to respect and protect both the environment and the people, starting from the most fragile situations.

We're Italian. We want to be inclusive, ethical, fair, responsible, and reliable.
We want to reduce the environmental impact and the social cost of our products as much as possible and, most important, we want to offer high-quality products.
We want to promote business and professionals from our area because we believe that, even if it's more expensive that buying from other countries, the decision is aligned with our values and standards.
The collection is designed by Micaela, all the fabrics are manufactured in Italy by certified partners. Prototypes are developed near Milan and all the productions take place in the same area.
But, we'll not be always 100% Made in Italy: this definition is a value but must not be a limit. You may make "100% Made in Italy" products and still be not aligned with our values and standards.
To us, it's essential to choose partners that, first of all, are sharing our vision. All around Europe there are businesses and brands making great products sharing our philosophy. Partnering with them will be a privilege and an additional value both for us and for our community.
